2. Vendor Responsibility
All vendors are fully responsible for:
- Product listings and descriptions
- Product pricing
- Inventory availability
- Shipping and delivery
- Returns and exchanges
- Product quality and authenticity
- Customer communication
VAZI ELITE does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of vendor-provided information.
3. Orders & Payments
All purchases made through the platform are agreements between the buyer and the vendor. Once an order is placed, it is the vendor’s responsibility to fulfill the order in accordance with their stated policies.
4. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers
VAZI ELITE shall not be held liable for any disputes arising between buyers and sellers, including but not limited to:
- Delayed deliveries
- Product quality concerns
- Incorrect sizing
- Refund disagreements
- Damaged items
- Return rejections
However, VAZI ELITE reserves the right to assist in dispute resolution where necessary.
5. Account Usage
Users agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent transactions, or violate any applicable laws while using VAZI ELITE.
6. Policy Changes
VAZI ELITE reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
