All return requests must be submitted directly to the vendor from whom the item was purchased.
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by the seller, including:
- Submitting a return request within the vendor’s allowed timeframe
- Providing proof of purchase
- Returning the item in acceptable condition
- Following packaging and shipping instructions
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of either the customer or the vendor depending on the seller’s individual return policy.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the vendor has received and inspected the returned item and confirmed that it meets their return eligibility requirements.
VAZI ELITE does not directly handle product returns or issue refunds on behalf of vendors unless stated otherwise.
