VAZI ELITE is an online clothing marketplace that connects customers with independent third-party vendors. As such, all vendors are responsible for managing and fulfilling their own shipping processes.
Each vendor on the VAZI ELITE platform is required to provide their own:
- Shipping fees
- Delivery timelines
- Courier or logistics provider
- Processing time before dispatch
- Shipping coverage areas
- Tracking availability (if applicable)
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the vendor, the customer’s location, and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Once an order is placed, the vendor is responsible for processing and dispatching the product within the timeframe stated in their shipping policy. Customers will receive shipping or tracking updates directly from the seller where available.
VAZI ELITE is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by the vendor
- Courier or logistics company delays
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customs delays (for international orders)
- Lost or damaged goods during transit
